Buyer' Inspection: The process of buying a new home can be stressful and even emotional at times. There is so much work that goes into finding the perfect house, it can be hard to imagine any problems with it. Therefore, a professional property inspection is intended to inform you and equip you with everything you need to know about the home you want to buy. It is important as you negotiate and finalize the deal, and it is critical for your peace of mind.
Once your inspection is performed, carefully review the report and decide on which items you want the seller to address. Be sure to present them to your agent (or seller if you are working without an agent) in a timely manner, before you option period runs out. Some properties require Specialty Inspections beyond the basic home inspection. We can assist you with those, arranging for all inspections to take place on the same day so no time is lost. We can also provide trustworthy referrals if you choose to arrange these inspections on your own.
